James Lumbert is the Director of Maintenance Services and Parking Services Manager for The Quarters on Campus in Austin, Texas.
He has over 8 years experience in Property Management, most of which as a Property Manager. James has more than 20 years business
management experience working for Bank of America and Wal-Mart as a Manager and Trainer. His varied experience has given him the
knowledge to be successful in his current role.
James earned a Bachelor's degree from The University of South Florida in Tampa.
