Jason Whitley brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate leadership, asset management, and operations to San Miguel Management. He currently oversees business development, property management operations, and strategic growth initiatives across a diverse portfolio of student housing, multifamily, retail, and mixed-use assets throughout Texas.

 

Before joining San Miguel, Jason held senior leadership positions with industry-recognized organizations including Simon Property Group and Koury Corporation, where he directed multi-site portfolios totaling millions of square feet in leasable area and led redevelopment,  leasing, and revenue optimization strategies. His background spans ground-up development, repositioning projects, and operational turnarounds for institutional-grade and privately held real estate holdings.

 

Jason is widely regarded for his hands-on leadership style, team development focus, and commitment to long-term client partnerships. His deep understanding of market dynamics and property performance metrics supports San Miguel’s mission of delivering exceptional results through disciplined management and integrity-driven service.

 

Jason studied Business Administration and has served in numerous civic and industry leadership capacities, mentoring emerging professionals and contributing to the advancement of best practices in property and asset management.
